Find a professional web developer in Herefordshire

I am re-banding in the New year and have already got logo and colour scheme, but need help with re-designing the existing website to be fresher and more modern with new emphasis as the business has changed slightly. I have already purchased a new domain name through WIX, and have, up to now, built and managed the website myself, so would be looking at a partnership with a website design person to be an affective collaborative, and be left with a great website I can then manage myself afterwards. I would need the transition managed for me as well when things 'go live'in the new year. My website has many functions such as taking bookings for events, blog pages etc. My current website is called Walk Hay, and the new site would be Sarah Price Hiking. I am a Professional walk leader, leading walks on scheduled group walks, I also lead private walks for tourists and tour companies. I work for Adventure & walking holiday companies as well. I have a passion for getting everyone outside and walking, particularly women and older folks too. I am based on the border of England & Wales.
