Tidy up and restock toilets throughout the day. There are several flights of stairs between the kitchen and garden so there will be lots of climbing up and down! Arrival at 1:30pm to help set up, guests arrive from 3pm. My budget is £15 per hour, and it will be up to 7 hours. Times 10.30am - 2pm Break 6pm - 11pm Share service duties, with one other waitress. Serve food and drinks safely, to guests in a marquee in the AM. One person to serve drinks to guests while seated and PM to serve a food menu to seated guests and then team up with one other waiter to serve drinks from a bar area. Clean tables, take away plates for a cleaner to wash and dispose of rubbish.

10.30AM to 2PM 6PM to 11PM Person to serve food & drinks guests at tables under a marquee in a garden party. Tables will be set up with catering food delivered, need a waitress to take food from outdoor kitchen to tables. In the evening take food requests and serve guests who are seated in marquee. All in a small garden space. Along side severing drinks or serving drinks in a designated bar area. Working with one other server and sharing the responsibilities. Cleaning up tables, taking reusable cutlery to designated washing up area. Disposing waste and rubbish appropriately.
