What do TV Repairs and Installation services include?
Booking TV repair and TV installation near you gets you access to a range of expert-provided services, from troubleshooting minor issues to handling complex installations. Here are some services you can request through Airtasker:
TV installation
Have you recently bought a new unit but can’t find time to set it up? Tick this one off of your list by booking TV installation near you instead. Taskers will help you find an ideal spot for your unit, mount your TV on the wall if you prefer, and get all the wiring expertly sorted. The only thing left for you to do is start watching your shows.
TV troubleshooting
There are too many things that can cause your TV to malfunction. Sometimes, this would stem from loose wiring or faulty parts, or perhaps the unit itself is not getting enough power. To identify the root cause, TV repair technicians need to assess your unit — making troubleshooting the most basic service they offer. Once the issue is determined, your Tasker will recommend necessary fixes, letting you know of any parts that may need to be replaced.
TV screen repair
If your LED and LCD screens get accidentally cracked or damaged, you can usually count on TV repair technicians to be able to replace them to salvage your TV (and your bank account from purchasing a new unit). Even ancient TV models that aren’t flat-screen or plasma TVs can be fixed, but expect that parts may be more challenging to source. Make sure to pair up with a TV repair specialist who can accommodate any screen size and type of television by including the key details about your unit upon posting your task.
Smart TV repair or setup
Struggling to connect your smart TV to the Wi-Fi? Your hired technician can troubleshoot any potential connectivity issues by checking your cables and wireless connections between the router and TV. If they find your Wi-Fi’s signal strength subpar, they may also suggest changing the placement of your router (such as moving it closer to the TV) so you can get a stronger signal, allowing for clearer, disruption-free TV viewing.
TV aerial installation and repair
For those with faulty aerials or frequent issues with the TV signal, Taskers can conduct TV aerial repairs near you, which can help improve your unit’s signal reception. Get clear and reliable viewing in no time at all by getting your current system adjusted and checked for necessary repairs. If you don’t have one yet and are looking to upgrade, you can also easily find specialists in TV aerial installation near you through Airtasker.

It doesn't respond to the remote control, and the screen remains completely black even when it's plugged into the power socket.
