Find a professional suit tailor in London

This suit is a little too big for my son. Ideally I wanted to tighten the waist of the trousers a little, and take in the jacket as well as shortening the sleeves. I was wondering whether it would be possible to shorten the jacket or not, realistically. I’m not sure if that’s something that can be done.

I have recently bought a pair of Ted Baker suit trousers W40 L32.The leg is fine but my waist size is W32.I have been using a belt with the trousers which has made them wearable but would like the waist taken in as much as is possible.I am aware that only so much can be taken in without the trousers losing their shape so I am looking to ask what is realistic.
