I need back wall of the property rendered. It is the exterior of the kitchen wall. This is a small area that needs rendering the affected area. It needs to be in matching colour. There is also a small area near the window that needs to get done.

Need a reliable painter/handyman to: - Sand and paint two exterior window sills - Fill, sand and paint small damaged render area at front of house. - Fill, sand and paint internal stairway and ceiling. - Stain small wooden banister.

I have had a set of steps moved and where they were up against the house some rendering needs replacing and painting. Also had a new flat roof put on the garage and some of the renting there is cracking and falling away so needs replacing. Also have a small area of outside paint work that needs some waterproof paint putting over it.

Need a silicon renderer for 4 days, for an external rendering job

There are some broken bits of render at the bottom of the extended kitchen. We need these patches up so that the winter rain doesn’t get inside and cause problems

External pebble dash rendering needs painting - have three gable points around the house. Paint will be provided and spray gun if needed.

Patches of rendering (two spots) have blown on the surface of the front wall of the house and needs repair. Currently there is scaffolding "left" and not retrieved by builders that can be used. They are meant to pick it up but so far they have not so this can be used for now. please respond only if you have experience of working with external rendering with correct render mix not just a basic cement mix. The house is 100 years old.

Looking for someone to silicon render an external wall of house

Possible failed lintel above front door causing large cracks in render about 1 cm narrowing as moves along and possible brick movement under the render, front door is a lean too single block extension to the main house

I would like the bottom of my house and the top right hand side rendered in k rend. I already have all materials (base coat, top coat, mesh) and and can supply anything else needed (apart from tools of course) This job will also need the waste pipe shown to be boxed in too before rendering.
