The hot tub is not heating to the required temperature

Morning...we have a hot tub which is sunk.in the ground the pump seems to have stopped working so we need someone to help getting it out and repairing it. Thanks

The motor seem not to be working

The hot tub is 5 yrs old. It has not been used since around July 2023 so may need repair in addition to servicing

Looks like the o-ring could have become work or certainly something around that point. Seems to be where leak is.

E02 error on lazy spa pump unit

Basically there's a rip. Along the seam about a foot long that needs repairing

I think I have a broken pump. Error E02 appears, no flow in the water. I believe this is a pump fault as I’ve cleaned the pipes and changed the filter and filter housing
