The fixing for a blind in the sitting room of our rental flat in Hackney has deteriorated to the point where the blind itself fell down. We need a repair to the wall to create a secure fixing, redecoration of the immediate area and restoration of the blind.

Hi! I’ve taken out an inbuilt wardrobe I didn’t like and have done most myself but now need to get the bits where the wooden beams once were made good and replastered. There is still one small beam in the ceiling which I can’t remove but will need to go but is edged in by other beams so that may need to be cut out and are non structural. No painting required but just needs to be ready for painting! The job includes. Minor timber trimming or removal. Plaster repair to walls and ceiling. Blend into existing textured ceiling. Looking for someone to remove an existing TV wall mount and repair the wall behind it. Looking for an experienced plasterer to carry out a small plaster repair in my top-floor Victorian flat in SE27 (Gipsy Road). The issue is in the corner where two walls meet the ceiling – the plaster has cracked and lifted slightly in a few places (see photos attached). The area affected is roughly 1–2 sqm and has been assessed by a decorator as not structural, but needing patching and re-skimming to achieve a smooth, paint-ready finish. Scope of work: - Cut away and remove any loose or lifted plaster - Prepare the surface for bonding/skimming - Re-skim the area and ensure a flush, clean finish - Optional: light sanding if needed once dry - Tidy up afterwards Details: - Flat is top floor with good access - Street parking available (free after 6:30pm) - Job is indoors and can be done anytime during the day (or early evening if preferred) - Ideal timeframe: within the next week if possible Please bring your own tools and materials (including a ladder - I have high ceilings). We need some small repairs to the plaster - one 100cm length where the bonding has come away

My flat in SE22 requires a few things: Boxing in of newly installed boiler (partially in cupbpard but needed to be lowered)/boiler pipes (whilst maintaining access to boiler controls) Painting of radiator pipes in kitchen, hallway, bedroom/lounge, perhaps 15m ish length of pipes. Repair plaster in several places (internal only) where holes drilled for central heating pipes go through. Repaint plaster to match existing colour scheme (white - paint is in flat). Secure a few door handles. Is this something you could do/wish to provide a quote for? If so please let me know.

Repairs to (previous) damp damage to a wall and door frame. The damp issue has been resolved. The wood panelling may need re[placing too.

There is a hole in our ceiling where a pipe had to be repaired (see pic), we also need a tile replacing to the side of our bath and the corner of our bathroom ceiling repainting

In two places in separate rooms, wall anchors that hold up curtain rod brackets have pulled out of the wall. I need the plaster repaired and the brackets re-attached to the wall with wall anchors. The four images show the two where the brackets pulled out and the two where the brackets remain so you can see how they need to be.

Minor plaster repairs are needed throughout the flat (filling cracks, repairing corners and minor defects. Painting the whole flat (excluding bathrooms) which includes kitchen/living room, hallway, 2 bedrooms, ceilings, 5 doors, skirting boards. The flat is 880 square feet.

The hand railing on the stairs to the bathroom came loose and eventually fell off the plaster wall. Leaving behind 4 holes that need to be repaired (no painting required). I would need someone able to repair those hole, patch the broken area, fill it up with plaster and leave a smooth surface. That’s all. From the picture you can see the size of the holes, smaller than a fist. Based in W9 2HG
