Plastering or skimming the existing damaged patched walls on the 1st floor hallway and bedrooms and also the ground floor porch area. Tasker to advise on materials required for repair and customer will buy.

In two places in separate rooms, wall anchors that hold up curtain rod brackets have pulled out of the wall. I need the plaster repaired and the brackets re-attached to the wall with wall anchors. The four images show the two where the brackets pulled out and the two where the brackets remain so you can see how they need to be.

What we need is someone with plastering experience to cut thermal plaster board to fit the back side of the wardrobe, and then using dry wall adhesive put it on the wall precisely. Very important that the person is accurate to the centimetre, it is to prevent damp from getting into the wardrobe from the wall. Needs CT1 adhesive.

Got back from holiday and a chunk of ceiling plaster had fallen down in lounge around coving. Don’t know the cause. Budget is tbc as not 100% sure what needs to be done to fix problem!

The hand railing on the stairs to the bathroom came loose and eventually fell off the plaster wall. Leaving behind 4 holes that need to be repaired (no painting required). I would need someone able to repair those hole, patch the broken area, fill it up with plaster and leave a smooth surface. That’s all. From the picture you can see the size of the holes, smaller than a fist. Based in W9 2HG

Need to remove an old wood bracket on a window which was used to fit the curtains. Removing the wood could cause damage to the plaster on the wall, so possibly will need to repair the plaster if it's damaged. Width of the window is 134cm. Please see pictures.

Two wooden window ledges have some flaking paint. This needs to be removed and then re-painted. Also have 2 x masonry window ledges with a few cracks that need filling before re-painting and a bay window ledge that needs repainting and the wood at the bottom of the bay window needs filling and repainting.
