The levers need to be strong and durable for daily use and to reliably operate the door latch. A simple way to make this is to cut an 8mm wide strip of 3mm thick metal into two pieces of the required total lengths. Each piece can then be folded twice to create the two parts. ​I have an existing 3D-printed prototype to confirm the measurements, and I'll provide the STL file with detailed dimensions upon acceptance of the job. ​The levers are a straight Z shape, and I need a metal recreation of both parts. I need a skilled handyman/carpenter to design and install a wooden panel with a cat flap into the fixed side of my sliding uPVC patio door frame (see photos). Requirements: Construct a solid wooden panel that securely fits in the door jamb/track. Cut and install a cat flap (to be supplied by me, or you can recommend one). Ensure the panel is securely fixed in place (cannot be pushed out easily). Add weatherproofing/sealing so no draughts or rain get through. Please setup a wooden shed base on an existing slab patio. (6m x 2.4m) This is to get ready for a very large shed that will be installed by the manufacturer, but I need the wooden shed base to be setup before that. You will need to setup three separate bases of 2m x 2.4m wooden base, and then join together to make 6m x 2.4m. This is to ensure that at the 2m points the weight of the shed is supported. Approximately 23 beams of 2.4m (100mm x 50mm) have already been purchased for this job and are located in the patio area ready for you to cut to size and put together. You will also need to ensure the base is level. I have purchased Stratarise Pedestal Adjusters to aid with this.
