The balcony door lock isnt working anymore. Can you replace it? Please bring materials and receipt.

Fittings have slipped and i am unable to screw it back in place

the padlock on my wooden garden back door is rusted shut, and the metal latch on the door is broken so it remains unlocked. I need a handyman to cut off the padlock and completely remove the old metal latch mechanism. I will provide the new parts (new gate latch, screws and packlock).

I need someone to install lock on my bedroom door

i need a new smart door lock handle which uses a keypad to enter a pin to unlock the door. I need to be able to create new pin codes and set expiration times from app. i have found a couple such as the yale smart lock or finex smart door lock but if you have any other locks that are reliable and easy to use with app then im happy to use. Old handle needs to be removed and new one installed. I have attached image of current door handle lock.

I need someone experienced with smart/electronic door locks to inspect and fix a newly installed Splenssy / Tuya smart door lock at my property in IG11 today. The lock has already been installed, but the door is unlocking when it should stay locked, so I need someone who understands both the mechanical fitting and the smart lock setup/configuration to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Please only respond if you have experience with: • smart keypad / fingerprint door locks • lock alignment / fitting issues • latch or deadbolt problems • Tuya-style smart lock setup if needed Please bring your own tools.

I require the following jobs done at a terrace house in Peckham Rye: 1. Front door: replace the existing main door dead/mortice lock with a lock that can be opened from the inside without use of a key, i.e. thumb turn. Ideally, please provide 1 key per tenant, plus 1 spare for the agent = total of 5 keys. If you cannot do this, please let me know how many keys you can provide and I will arrange with the tenants to organise additional copies. 2. Bedrooms: neatly fill all bedroom door keyholes with a solid filler to ensure that the locks are rendered permanently inoperable. There are 3 bedrooms but I don't recall if they all have keyholes, there might just be two. 3. Bathrooms: remove the latches on the upstairs and downstairs bathroom doors and add a privacy lock which can be operated by thumb-turn mechanism alone. There are 2 bathrooms with one door each. I have photos of some but not all the doors in question (apologies for the poor quality one, this is a screenshot from a video I took of the middle bedroom).
