The is a handle and latch that don’t work any more now I need to replace it with one that locks from the inside of the nathrrrom and unlocks but handle a as well on both sides

I have a KeySafe C500 Pro safebox that i need installed next to my door on the street level. i'm not sure what the exterior material is but i think its brick. i have wooden doors in my home that i'd like to install locks on, 3 in total

I would like to have a lock installed on 1 bedroom door so I can lock it from the outside. This is so the room can be locked and kept private while I Airbnb the spare room and flat. The current door handle is round and if easiest to put a lock on this then good. Or install a lever handle as per my other rooms but with a lock. I need someone experienced with smart/electronic door locks to inspect and fix a newly installed Splenssy / Tuya smart door lock at my property in IG11 today. The lock has already been installed, but the door is unlocking when it should stay locked, so I need someone who understands both the mechanical fitting and the smart lock setup/configuration to properly diagnose and fix the issue. I require the following jobs done at a terrace house in Peckham Rye: 1. Front door: replace the existing main door dead/mortice lock with a lock that can be opened from the inside without use of a key, i.e. thumb turn. Ideally, please provide 1 key per tenant, plus 1 spare for the agent = total of 5 keys. If you cannot do this, please let me know how many keys you can provide and I will arrange with the tenants to organise additional copies. 2. Bedrooms: neatly fill all bedroom door keyholes with a solid filler to ensure that the locks are rendered permanently inoperable.
