I have a LG smart tv ( model 43LJ624V) that I bought in November 2017. From time to time it stopped connecting to the internet and finally it stopped for good. I contacted LG by phone about a month ago and was told that it needed to be repaired and that an engineer would get in touch on the 17th August, it didn’t happen. I wonder if you could help?
