I need a labourer to prepare a 4m x 5m garden area by leveling it with MOT Type 1 hardcore. Currently half of the area is the correct height and the other half is uneven in parts but correct in others, I need the whole space to be the same height. The work involves: Spreading and compacting hardcore only in the lower half (approx 2m x 5m) to bring it level with the higher section. Ensuring the entire area is flat and compacted, ready for the next stage (sand and slab laying). Bringing your own compactor plate (wacker plate) or advising me if I need to hire one, and levelling tools. Working carefully to avoid adding hardcore where the height is already correct. No need to lay sand or slabs - just getting the base ready. Would like the work done before March 14th. If you would like to come and have a look to confirm the job required that’s fine.
