The Driver that was meant to come was held up and was going to come to me much later than agreed time. Mykhailo kindly offered to send another driver however he was very inexperienced and unprofessional. He did his best but the van was dirty it came with other people’s belongings (Pic1) so it wasn’t an empty van. The packing was poorly done, it was just overall a terrible experience unfortunately. Mykhailo was apologetic about the situation
