This is a 1 Bed Single Household to give you a rough idea. I live on the second floor with no lift. The house in Carlisle has ground and first floor only (for unloading). Given the distance and that I have to travel up by train, it will probably be best to load the truck on Sunday or Monday afternoon and travel up and unload on Monday/Tuesday but happy to discuss.
