There is a mouse that has been living in my dads electric recliner chair. Despite multiple attempts (including from the cat) - we can’t get it out. Hoping to remove it humanely if possible

I need to assemble and fix an IKEA PAX Wardrobe system across a 4.5 metre wall. It will require making an alteration to one of the wardrobe units to accommodate an awkward corner. It will need to fixed in place 50mm away from the back wall in order to reach the carpet border. Old wardrobe will be cleared.

I have an office chair that needs a new hydraulic piston. I would prefer to try and repair the chair than throw it away. I have tried but can't get the piston out of the wheel base. A home visit/repair would be preferred.
