I need to change the light bulb on the ceiling,fix the armchair and unclog the sink

Small round table and 2 chairs need to be Assembled

Sherborne electric recliner has stopped with the chair raised. Handset will still operate the chair back forward and back. Rise and fall buttons make a noise but do not light up and do not move the chair.

The back of the seats mobile, need fixing and if possible reupholstery.

I have a electric recliner and the chair seat has become very soft and un supportive
