Taxis to leave the William Morris Gallery at 12:45pm (exact time TBC closer to the date once heard back from the photographer) - Arrive in person, on site, towards the end of our wedding ceremony at 12:05pm be on site to help pack down our room and to ensure guests get to their taxis - Check in advance with the William Morris Gallery the best pick up location for the wedding taxis (taking into account that 20th July, there is a food market in the front of the gallery so parking is limited at the front) - Arrive at the William Morris Gallery at 12:05pm - Familiarise yourself on site with the taxi pick up location, and how to direct guests from the room - Start packing up the room (transporting flowers and lightly cleaning/tidying the room) - picking up napkins etc from 12:25pm - Take guests to their taxis from 12:40pm. Ensure that all guests board their taxis at 12:45 and if taxis don't turn up, have alternatives ready taxis (black cabs, uber etc) - Dress smartly (suit/formal not required. Just don't dress too casually, i.e. no shorts, no sliders/sandals/flip flops)

You do not need to speak English. It will be paid through the application. They must bring distinctive vests and their own food as food will not be provided there. The previous event ends at approximately 10:30 at night, so the work would begin at approximately 11:30 or 12 midnight. You must arrive 20 minutes before to explain the work and separate them into teams. Venue - https://communityhalls.hackney.gov.uk/venues/2 so you can see the hall. We need to following done: The hall, kitchen and bathrooms (there is a male and female toilet with 3 toilets in each) need to be swept and mopped. The kitchen surfaces will need a wipe down. The rubbish will need putting in to the bins outside. There may be a few tables and chairs that need putting away (max 3). Please only apply if you are confident you/a team can achieve this within the timeframe (10-11pm) as we must leave the venue by then.
