What do eBay selling assistant services include?
It doesn’t matter if you’re working with food and beverages, handcrafted goods, or collectables. With Airtasker, you can receive offers from available eBay selling assistants near you who’d make quick work of streamlining your small business operations in compliance with eBay’s guidelines. They can help with all sorts of tasks, from creating product descriptions, taking product photos, doing market research, and down to shipping the items to customers.
Here are more details to know about booking eBay selling assistants in the UK:
eBay item listing
Having an eBay selling assistant near you allows you to do your due diligence, researching pricing trends and your competition before you even start selling. This helps you position your listing effectively — Taskers can find ways to make your listings much more buyer-friendly compared to competing pages. They can also assist with getting high-resolution photos and drafting fun, engaging product descriptions to entice more buyers into checking out your product line.Â
If you have a solid digital presence, you can even consider taking advantage of promoting your products on social media by hiring the right marketing expert on Airtasker.
eBay customer service
When selling online, it’s important to make sure you handle buyer queries promptly and with professionalism. Messages can be anything from buyers asking for updates on their orders or payment options, interested viewers seeking more information about certain products, or even negative feedback or complaints. Whether good or bad, it helps to have an eBay selling assistant near you with the right attitude — not only can they increase customer satisfaction, but they can also boost the likelihood of sales.
eBay payment management
After you make a sale, Taskers can ensure that the payment gets securely processed. Whatever payment method you offer — PayPal, credit cards, bank-to-bank payments, or others — your virtual assistant should provide you with buyers’ proof of payment. They can also generate sales reports per your request to keep you in the loop with how you’re hitting your metrics. Make sure to keep your computer well-functioning to never miss out on tracking your sales performance.
eBay shipping assistance
Virtual assistants don’t just stop at helping you sell on eBay. They can also see the entire order fulfilment through. Taskers will ensure your sold items are securely packed and dispatched, liaising with couriers to land the best shipping rates and get tracking updates. This way, you can guarantee that buyers receive their goods in excellent condition and on time — no more delays and shipping issues!
