I’m looking for a warm, friendly senior person, ideally around 55+, to help with a small private anniversary surprise in Battersea Park on 3 September at around 6:00 PM. The idea is simple: you would sit on a bench with a prepared portrait and sketchpad, appearing as though you were casually drawing. My girlfriend and I would approach, I would ask what you are drawing, and you would say one or two short lines before revealing that the portrait is actually of her. No drawing skills are required, and this is not a film or commercial production. I’m looking for someone natural, warm and believable rather than theatrical. Total time would be around 45–60 minutes, including arriving a little early. There may be a discreet photographer nearby capturing our reaction, but the focus of the photography will be on us. The Mural background has already been painted by the local cause but they’re after adding paintings of trees, butterflies and flowers etc (please see existing photo and inspo photo attached) Outdoor paint has been provided, however please bring any specific brushes/outdoor paints you wish to use. Job would require filming for social/marketing purposes and a signing of a release form on the day. Would need to be available on Monday 10th Aug at 9am, 8 hours work with a lunch break of 30 minutes (9am – 5.30pm)
