Need to take a sofa apart upholstery and then take frame apart, then we can take it up to our top floor and then reassemble it. Just to be clear it needs to be taken apart including the upholstery that is on it and then put back together with the upholstery correctly. Please dont offer to do it if you cannot complete this part. I will be around to move it upstairs, its more the dismantling. We got it from our ground floor to middle floor but it needs to go to the top floor and due to bannister placement and low ceiling it cannot go about 3m to the next set of stairs 🙈 Feet all removed it's just too tall to turn around and our bannister is in the way.

I purchased three wardrobes second hand thinking I could dismantle them to get them upstairs. But two don’t dismantle apart from the doors and they are too heavy for me and my partner to get up (or we just aren’t doing it right) I’ve taken the doors off but it’s still to heavy. Can anyone help me get these upstairs please?

One or two roof tile clips have come loose on the roof (as shown in the images). A roofer has been out to confirm that the roof and tiles are fine (he took the photos), and it's just the clips that need re-attaching - so I'm looking for somebody who is able to safely and capably re-attach the clips without creating any further issues that could compromise the the roof or tiles in anyway. Whoever completes the work will need to provide photos of the work carried out. I've put a budget figure of £100 on the job, but if you feel this is too low and you are able to carry out the work as described above - please let me know your cost.
