I am moving my king size bed from the first floor to the loft room

I have recently been diagnosed with Celiac disease and we need to make the house -completely- gluten free. I need someone to go through all food in the fridges, freezers and cupboards and get rid of anything containing gluten. Culled foods will need to be sent to food banks if in date and unopened, otherwise binned. I have a car and can transport goods but they will need to be boxed up. This is a BIG job, as we have a lot of food (we tend to store a lot of things as I am disabled and it is difficult to do regular shops) ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS - understanding of what foods contain gluten (including things like malt vinegar in sauces etc, this is NOT JUST BREAD) - very good English and ability to read and understand food ingredients - physically fit (this is going to involve a lot of movement and lifting) This task is likely to take the whole day

Some black bags removed from the front garden of my house after a clearance, I would say two car loads for the average car, tip is ten mins drive away so would be an hours work maximum. General rubbish and all bagged up.

Need some help clearing loft out and organising things. Currently heavily pregnant. Involves throwing things out and just placing boxes in a set way. Should be max a few hours work. Loft with wide range of typical loft bric-a-brac, items, into the unboarded eaves, going back 125 years, old chairs, prams, toys, etc in a Victorian terraced house. A skip or van likely required for removal. The loft has no ladder (The terraced house is in a controlled parking zone. I just sold the house, the new owners are insisting I have the items removed, therefore none of them are my property so all can be disposed of. - Due date: Flexible
