I have penetrating damp appearing on the internal wall directly below a window sill. Externally, the painted/rendered window sill is cracked and deteriorating with moss growth. The brick course beneath the sill also appears weathered, so I suspect water is penetrating through the sill or the joint between the sill and the brickwork. I’m looking for a builder or bricklayer to: Inspect the window sill and surrounding brickwork Remove failing render/paint from the sill Repair or re-render the sill with a proper drip edge Seal the sill to brickwork and repoint if necessary The goal is to stop water ingress from the exterior and the repair the internal damage

Scope of works: 3 different chases in total --50cm long --150cm long --120cm long (about 3m long in total, and 2-3 cm deep) Wall type: 100mm single block inner leaf (loadbearing) Chase depth approx. 20-30mm I am not looking for plaster skim / decorating finish at this stage. The job is strictly to: --Properly reinstate the masonry structurally --Remove loose material --Apply bonding agent --Pack solidly with appropriate sand/cement mortar or structural repair mortar --Ensure solid packing behind and around socket boxes (no voids) Leave flush and structurally sound. Important: This is a loadbearing wall, so I want proper dense reinstatement - not filler or expanding foam. Experience with masonry repairs essential. Please confirm what material you would use and your proposed method.

Bricklaying - Building a single brick pillar. Using facing bricks matched to an existing wall, creating an opening for the walkway up the drive

Some teenagers recently knocked the top few levels of bricks off our pillar, we salvaged what we could (see pics) - just need somebody to come and put it back together! It should look exactly like our neighbours one on the right of the pictures.

There is some loose brickwork at the top of the house (second floor) which is causing water to drip in and leak into the house. I think it needs repointing and sealed to prevent water getting in. You can access it easily from the alleyway on the side of our house using a ladder.

Build new wall which collapsed during recent storm. It’s about 200bricks. I prefer if we use existing bricks to ensure it matches walls.
