Between 22nd-29th August. Confirmed bookings are to be cleaned on 23rd, 24th & 25th with more TBC Clean a 2 bed flat, so it is airbnb guest ready, it shouldn't be overly messy as guests only stay for 1 night usually, but will need to give the bathroom a quick clean, the kitchen a wipe down and a quick hoover if required. Change the 2 beds and take away the dirty laundry, bed sheets, towels, bath matt, then get the laundry cleaned then bring it back for the next clean and take away the dirty laundry. We pay our current cleaner £50 per clean for this service, which includes the laundry, she usually is there for an hour, often it takes less than this especially if just 1 guest has stayed and only used 1 bed. Our cleaner mostly washes them herself, or if she's too busy drops it off at her local cleaners who charge £10 and it's ready the next morning, so it is like £40+£10 for laundry per shift.
