Hi, I have a small patch of external render which is cracked and potentially letting water through to the inside wall. We had the damp proof course redone a few years back and we have noticed that the corner still seems damp. Inspection of the wall outside shows deep cracks in the render. I think it could just need some chiselling and redoing the render in this area. It is around a meter. I can take more photos of this helps

Strip off the remaining old render from the garden wall because it’s letting water in and has started to bubble/blister. Then re-render the whole wall with new material so it’s properly sealed. More than half the old render has already been removed, so just finish the rest and complete the re-render.

Concrete on door threshold of front door has worn down and needs to be repaired.

We would like our small bungalow rendering. Our neighbours are also interested in having the front rendered The two pictures are our front of house and our neighbour s front. We may want the side of ours done also but depends on the price. We do need materials. Measuring the length of our front 87" width 260" the neighbours is the same.
