My pool hasn’t been cleaned in a few months and is in desperate need of a clean please.

4 foot tank with fish in been established a long time - recent purchase so moved to my house. I’ve cleaned the filter myself but not sure how to clean the bottom of the tank properly and do a water change. Also need advice on filter location for pipes as I’m not sure if they’re in the correct place. Ideally someone who knows their stuff to come and spend a couple of hours with me cleaning it and doing the water change so I can learn to do it myself. It’s a 4 foot tropical tank with external filter - 7 silver dollar fish and several other small community fish. I’m putting budget £50 but this is negotiable as I have no idea what this service would cost.

There is a small puncture on the edge of the liner where air is escaping. There is also a small puncture somewhere at the bottom wherw water is escaping.
