I require someone to sign up for a free trial of the gym online and then follow through with the sales process taking notes of how they have found the experience, number of follow ups received etc. They will then need to come into the gym and take a tour or complete a gym trial if they wish. There will also be a series of communications/ phone calls following the trial to see if they sign up. All throughout I would need notes taken down of what their experience was like.
