Find a reliable levelling service in London

I have a small patch of nothing, I would like it undweeded, dug up and leveled out. I would like to astro turf it or gravel, which ever is cheaper, but need advice on how and what to do. I have some asto turf, I need someone to lift, unroll, inspect and measure before I get rid of it. Not sure that'll be worth it. But would.luke to see.

We have an area at the back of the garden (approx 4.6m x 7m) where we used to have a garage that is now demolished and removed. We are planning to build a summerhouse in the back corner (smaller than the original garage) and a play area for the kids in front of it.
