Hello, We are looking for an experienced locksmith or a skilled handyman to supply and replace a loose and worn door handle at our retail store, in Westfield Burwood. The Issue: The door handle on our back-of-house staff room has become extremely loose and is at risk of falling off completely. The handle is also heavily worn. This is a safety concern for our staff, who are worried about getting locked in if the handle fails. The Job: The task is to replace the entire faulty handle set with a new, durable unit. The scope of work includes: 1. Assessing the existing loose handle set. 2. Supplying a new, like-for-like replacement door handle set. The required style is a commercial-grade, black lever handle on a round rose. 3. Carefully removing the old hardware. 4. Installing the new handle set, ensuring it is securely fastened to the door. 5. Testing the door thoroughly to confirm it latches correctly and the handle is solid and operates smoothly. Please note: The successful contractor MUST supply the new replacement door handle set. The cost for this hardware must be included in your final offer. Requirements: - MUST have experience with installing commercial door hardware and locksets. - You must supply all your own tools AND the new replacement handle set (as mentioned above). - Ability to work cleanly and professionally within a live retail environment. - Public liability insurance is required. Location & Timing: Location: Ground Level, Shop 118, Westfield Burwood, 100 Burwood Road, Burwood NSW 2134 (exact location will be provided once the task is assigned). When: As this is a staff safety concern, we need this fixed as soon as possible. Please state your availability in your offer. Please provide a comprehensive quote for the complete job. Your offer should include all labour costs AND the cost of supplying the new, like-for-like door handle set. Thank you.

Looking to get soft close hinges put in a door. Need someone very comfotable with using a hole saw getting the measurements accurate. Also need assistance with ripping down some wood from 60mm to about 40mm for trim around the cabinet. Have a couple of small tasks like putting up a toilet paper holder and towel rack.
