I'm hosting an adults birthday party and need 2 x bartenders / Waitress to serve cocktails to my guests and some general tidying. Basic 3 cocktails. The party will be about 40 adult attendees at private house in Casuarina NSW 2487, 2nd of May Saturday at 1530hrs (NSW time). 4 to 5hrs each at $40 per hour cash. Some experienced will assist. Ideal Skills: - Bartending experience, particularly with cocktails - to make 3 set cocktails - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills - Ability to manage drink service at a small, intimate event - must be reliable - make set 3 to 4 cocktails - serve drinks - waiter drinks and some food - general tidying - pizza provided 4 to 5 hours each - $40 per hour each person Please share your relevant experience.

One experienced wait staff required to assist at a cocktail party/ private function with approx 50 guests. Time and date required: Saturday, 28 March 2026, 4-8 pm. Location: Hillside VIC 3037 The function starts at 3 pm. After a formal part, finger foods will be served from about 3:30. Our caterer will cook and plate the food, top up the platters and rotate food. All platters with finger foods will be placed across a large table for the guests to primarily serve themselves. We need an additional person to assist with service and cleaning. Ideally someone with hospitality experience. Tasks will include: - Assisting caterer if required - Keeping the food and drink tables tidy - Occasionally walking through the crowd indoors and outdoors with various platters - Removing and disposing of used plates and cutlery - Rotating and cleaning glassware (quick dishwasher cycle if required) - Removing and disposing of empty cans and bottles - Cutting and serving the cake - Helping with clean up as the function wraps up - If there’s leftover food - assisting with placing finger foods in prepared food boxes. Our family members will be happy to assist during busier times - like cake service.

Responsibilities Pre-Boarding (5:30 PM): • Carry food from car boot to pontoon • Transfer food onto boat • Set up food in kitchen/serving area • Coordinate with boat crew During Cruise: • Organise and manage serving stations • Replenish trays and plates • Keep hot food heated using boat appliances • Maintain clean presentation • Assist with cake cutting and serve cake • Ensure hosts don’t need to manage food Post-Event: • Pack leftover food • Clean serving area • Carry items off boat and load into car We Are Looking For • Proven event / catering experience • Ability to work independently • Strong initiative and organisation • Excellent presentation and customer service • Bubbly, warm and professional • Comfortable working on a boat • Physically capable of carrying trays Experienced hospitality professionals only.
