I’m looking for 2x wait/ bar staff for a wedding anniversary party located at our house in Auchenflower. The event is small stand up event with approx 30 adults. Looking for 2 people to undertake the following jobs: - work 4 hours from 4.30-8.30pm - the event starts at 5pm so the half an hour before will be to help setup some glasses and get some drinks ready. Fill up the water jugs etc. - offer people drinks throughout the night and full up glasses of wine - make 2 types of cocktails - all the simple ingredients will be provided. Aperol spritz (aperol, Prosecco and soda water mixed) and margaritas (tequila, with mix) with salt. Everything provided, just need to mix and serve - clean up as they go- wash glasses, remove rubbish, clean glasses before leaving - help hand out some of the prepared food, canapés - change the food platters over as we go All food will already have been prepared. They may be need to help with taking some food out of the oven. Looking to pay $35 pp per hour.
