Provide price per square metre for install. Lay hybrid flooring 7 square metres, Bathroom (1.7m x 2.5m) and hallway (0.9m x 2.5m) Over self leveller, already installed Small but tricky install. Cuts around toilet, shower and vanity. Existing skirting boards to remain. Provide silicone/caulk between flooring and skirting boards. I provide flooring. Haven’t bought yet so happy to take recommendations. Photos show existing floor I will remove before starting

I’ve installed hybrid flooring in an apartment, I need help installing the scotia edging. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment with lounge room I have supplies of scotia, hand saw and mitre box.
