What I need is a fitted wardrobe surround built around three IKEA wardrobes that have already been assembled. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DYg-MkbIIpm/ The wardrobes are already built, so no assembly work is required. I simply need a raised base constructed underneath them. The base should run the full length of the wardrobes, match the height of the skirting boards, and be deep enough to support the wardrobes properly. Once completed, the wardrobes can be placed directly on top of the base. I would then like MDF panelling fitted around the base to conceal it and create a seamless, built-in appearance. Because my ceilings are quite high, there will be a gap above the wardrobes. I therefore need MDF top boxes/cupboards built above the wardrobes, running along the same length, to take the units up to the ceiling and give the appearance of a fully fitted wardrobe. The MDF should be used to mould and finish everything so that the wardrobes look like one continuous fitted unit rather than separate IKEA wardrobes. I do not require handles, painting, decorating, or finishing work, as I can do that myself. I only need the measuring, construction, installation, and materials. The timber for the base can be purchased from B&Q and should cost approximately £30–£40. The MDF is likely to cost around £100–£150 based on quotes I have previously received. I originally planned to do this project myself, but unfortunately I am currently recovering from an operation and have lost sight in my left eye, so measuring and construction are not practical for me at the moment. In summary, I need: * Measurements taken. * A raised base built for three existing IKEA wardrobes. * The wardrobes positioned on the base. * MDF panelling fitted around the wardrobes and base. * MDF top boxes built above the wardrobes. * Everything finished so it looks like a seamless fitted wardrobe installation.
