I’m looking for someone to help physically install my new Ring Alarm Kit and Ring Outdoor Siren. I already have the Ring kit and will set everything up in the Ring app myself, so I don’t need any help with the software or account setup. I’m looking for someone to: * Mount the Ring Base Station, Keypad, Motion Detector and Contact Sensors in the best locations. * Install the Ring Outdoor Siren externally. * Drill and securely fix all components to the walls where required. * Advise on the best positioning of the sensors if needed. * Test that everything is securely fitted before leaving. I also have an older burglar alarm which I’d like decommissioned. If possible, please: * Safely disconnect the old alarm. * Remove the internal keypad and control panel. * Leave the old system safely isolated so it can’t activate again. * Tidy any visible cables and make good any small fixing holes where practical. Ideally have experience fitting Ring or similar smart home/security products.

I have a sliding patio/balcony door and would like an affordable fly screen installed. The screen should slide sideways or fold/retract to the side, so it works properly with the existing sliding door. I am looking for a practical, budget-friendly solution rather than a premium custom system. I need a fit, hard-working Tasker to excavate the remaining section of a garden path. The Task: Dimensions: Dig a section measuring 7.5 metres long, 1.2 metres wide, and 15 cm deep. Ground Condition: The ground is quite hard, but there are very few roots. You will definitely need a mattock, pickaxe, or heavy-duty digging bar to break it up efficiently. Waste Disposal: NOT required. You only need to shovel the dug-out dirt and pile it neatly on-site (wheelbarrow provided/available). Requirements:Please bring your own tools to break up hard ground (mattock/pickaxe), I do have a couple of spades for digging.Looking for someone reliable who can get through at least 6 to 7.5 metres of this length during the day. The image shows a length of about 3m already dug. It then need to continue for 5m, go right for 1.5m, then forward by about 1m to the stairs to the garden office.

We have had to remove the plaster on the bottom part of of walls to put a damp proofing course in. Approx 15cm height. We need some one to plaster/drywall to repair. The parts of the wall are only the internal walls that lead to the exterior. There are a couple spots slightly higher up (pictured). Floor plan is also attached so you can get sense of size. I have been quoted £600 for this job (including VAT and materials) but the contractor is now on holiday and we'd really like to get it done sooner! Let me know if you need more pictures/details.
