SEEKING EXPERIENCED & CAPABLE FENCING GURU I’ve got an upcoming DIY architectural fencing project at my place, and I’m looking for someone to take the lead on setting out string line and lasering levels, so that we can install the vertical posts with concrete footings, and then get the horizontals all lined up, ready to be clad with timber-look aluminium… I would importantly need you to be experienced with lasering & string line, and to have you provide your own laser level. I will be providing all other materials & will be your humble sidekick, as I the mix concrete and grab the other ends of the steelwork to assist you installing them with precision. I will happily dig the holes, wheelbarrow concrete around, and do the majority of the heavy-lifting/grunt-work, as I’m primarily seeking your expertise and experience with this type of project, so that we can GET IT DONE RIGHT. Would best suit someone looking for a regular bit of extra cash on gap-days/weekends, or a semi-retired builder or tradie looking for something to do to keep busy… I’m guessing there will be around 4 or 5 days work in total, as the fence is to be 45m long and 2m high, on a moderately sloping block. I’m happy to be flexible with dates & timeslots, and would be offering in the realms of $500 per day, and would provide lunch each day too (and a beer at the end of the day if you’re up for it 😉🍻)… I’m in no mega rush to get this completed, but ideally I’d like it all done within the next 2 or 3 months… Let me know if you’re interested, or know someone who might be, cheers.

I need basic paint job done to make interior timber walls and ceilings of small 6 room cottage look tidy. You supply all labour, paint and materials and includes gst if you are regd for gst. I'm happy with all white or other basic single colour. I don't mind if you spray, roller or brush. I do want timber floors to remain clean, I do want reasonable preparation to be done because these walls haven't been painted for 30 years. House is empty, ceilings are between 2.4m and 2.8m. Total area of ceilings is about 65sq m and of all walls is approx 120sq m, just 6 rooms incl kitchen and small bathroom. We are selling and it is a "renovator" so whoever buys is going to want to repaint to their own taste. When buyers walk in, I just want it to look like a clean blank canvas and smell fresh. So I'm looking for a basic tradesman-like presentable job, and no mess when you've finished. Thanks to all

Job Title: Wall repainting – touch-up after repair Job Description: I had an accidental hole in an internal wall, which has been repaired by a tradesman. The repair is solid, but the area and surrounding wall are still noticeably patchy. I need an experienced painter to: assess the area, prep if needed (sanding/filling), and repaint the wall so the patched section blends seamlessly with the rest of the wall. We already have the correct paint colours leftover, so no paint purchase is needed. The work is inside a residential home, and access is easy. The painter should bring their own tools (brushes, rollers, fillers ,drop sheets, sanding tools) and ensure a smooth, professional finish with no visible patch marks.
