We recently had old windows replaced throughout our apartment, including bathrooms. The work involved cutting old metal frames, breaking glass and installing new aluminium panels. There was significant dust during the job and it affected all rooms. Drop sheets were used extensively and we have vacuumed multiple times so there is no visible, large particles left, but there is still likely fine construction dust throughout the unit accumulated on exposed surfaces (other than floor). I need a thorough post renovation clean focused specifically on dust removal. Scope of work: • Wipe down all ceilings, walls, skirting boards and window frames in every room • Dust and wipe all items that is exposed or out in the open (toys, display items, furnitures etc), from all sides/angles. • Dust and wipe all horizontal surfaces including shelves, cupboard exteriors, top of cabinetry, shelves etc. • Thorough vacuum of bedrooms (has carpets) and mop rest of apartment and balcony (hard floor) including edges and corners. • Wipe down doors, door frames and light switches • Wipe bathroom surfaces to remove dust residue This is not a full end of lease clean. No oven or dishwasher or detailed grout scrubbing required. The priority is removal of fine construction dust across all rooms. Apartment details: Standard first floor 3 bed 1 bath unit. I’m looking for a cleaner to come on the 2nd of March at 10.30 am. It’s a 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with 3 additional living areas. It's initially a one-off clean. However, if we match, I'm looking for a regular fortnightly cleaning, so you must be able to commit to it. I expect the job to take around 3 hours. Requirements. Dusting all visible surfaces, spot-cleaning walls, vacuuming the floor, and mopping (tiles and wood), vacuuming and mopping under the couches should be included. I expect the fans to be wiped, as well as all visible and reachable surfaces. The kitchen includes cleaning the stove, rangehood, appliances, counters, cupboard doors, backsplash, and sink. Bathroom: clean the shower and shower screen, bath, mirror, vanity cabinets, and tiles. Toilet: toilet, tiles, floor. Laundry: Sink, laundry cupboard, floor, tiles and tile edges. I can provide the equipment, but you can use your own if more convenient. As for the chemicals, I require low-toxic solutions, which we will discuss. I can provide what I normally use.
