We are looking for someone to complete a deep clean of some areas our house. This is not an end of lease clean - just a one-off thorough clean of things we can't keep on top of. I need a full‑house dust removal clean after tile removal and wall sanding. Floors are bare concrete and the house is mostly empty. There is fine dust across all surfaces. Walls have one fresh coat of new paint, and ceilings are fully finished, so cleaning must be done carefully without marking or dirtying the new paint. This is Stage 1 cleaning only before new flooring is installed. A second clean will be booked after flooring and furniture are in. Scope: • Vacuum & mop concrete floors as well as tiled floors including wet areas • Light dust removal from all walls (no wet wiping) • Dust windows sills, frames & tracks & fly-screen • light Dust doors & frames as freshly painted • Dust the security door mesh and the patio sliding door flyscreen/net as well • Dust wardrobes rails where applicable • Dust switches, power points • Dust kitchen benchtops & cabinets • Dust bathrooms (benches, mirrors, screens, tiles) • Dust laundry surfaces • Dust any remaining furniture/items Looking for someone experienced with post‑renovation who can work around fresh paint.
