Looking for an experienced cleaner to complete a thorough deep clean of my studio apartment. Key areas to be cleaned include: -Bathroom deep clean, with focus on shower, grout, tiles, glass, drains, and fittings -Cleaning of bathroom and kitchen vents -Removal of cobwebs from ceilings and corners -Wipe-down of skirting boards, door frames, and light switches -Cleaning of blinds and window tracks -Dusting of all surfaces, including hard-to-reach areas -Kitchen surface clean including splashback, stovetop, and exterior of appliances -Spot cleaning walls where needed -Vacuuming and mopping all floors -Rubbish removal from cleaning (bins on-site) Please bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment. Hi all, Looking for a professional and thorough end-of-lease clean for an empty 82 m2 property. I am the landlord, so I want to ensure the property is ready for new tenants. Property Details: Size: 82 m2 (approx. 2 Bed, 2 Bath) Status: Completely empty. No furniture. Flooring: Laminate Scope of Work: - Clean of oven, stovetop, rangehood, dishwasher, and all cupboards (inside/out). - Full scrub of tiles/grout, shower screen, vanity, mirror, and toilet, wipe down of laundry area. - Internal glass cleaned, including tracks and sills. - Wipe down all walls (spot cleaning marks). - Dust and wipe light switches, power points, skirting boards and plantation shutters. - Clean inside all built-in wardrobes. - Vacuum and mop all hard floors. Requirements: - Must bring all your own cleaning equipment and chemicals. - Experience with end-of-lease/bond cleaning preferred. Apologies, I don't have the best photos as I'm waiting for the tenant to vacate on the 5th of Jan.
