I’m installing a LPG 4 burner gas hob and I need someone to run a gas line from the kitchen to the outside wall. The electric hob will be removed. The hob backs onto the external wall. The wall internal is plaster with a single brick external wall. The distance between the hob location and where I want the regulator to go is approximately 2 meters. 2 x 9 kg lpg gas bottles will be used to run the gas hob. I will need the regulator and all necessary gas pipe to be supplied. The kitchen backs onto roughly where the washing line is. The new stove will be set in place but will need connecting to the gas and tested before use.

Id like to install this range hood under the existing cabinet. Im open to installing the hood a bit further forward because it doesn't cover the whole induction hob. please look at the section drawing. mounting forward would require mounting a board in the cupboard to attach it to. Realising that this would mean the hood cover and fan unit would project past the cabinet doors in which case they could trim these to fit or I could trim these doors to fit. I think I can manage that. call me to discuss.

the warranty has expired. The hob produced this error 6 times, which i reset by turning the power Off/On. The error is always generated when the hotplate isn't active, getting from with no lights displayed to the "E 05 31" with a beep. I can deliver it to the repairer within a short radius from Chatswood NSW.

House built 1999 (GJ Gardner - 'nuff said). The en suite was working but small, The current vanity was purchased at X and 'installed' by their plumbers who simply bashed the wall and tiles in and connected new vanity. Later got rip-off patchwork 'repair'. Loo was replaced around 2010, but cistern faulty & plumber ignored. Following injury 4 years ago, an innecessary 'high" seat was attached to loo - HATE it. Also, cistern never worked properly after that, only frip-filled halfway and now just pours water constantly even though tap turned off. Shower hob proves difficult. I would like a renovation, including a hobless, corner shower with curve, vanity that fits to edge. Mirror removed from load bearing wll and and (very)shallow mirror cabinet in place. Little cabinet removed from behind door. Walls and floor tiles in neutral sandstone type colour. Broken toilet roll holder attached to wall replaced. Metal towel rail. New vanity with basin on top. New toilet installed (one I have in mind does not require a cistern and can be installed flush with floor or few cm higher. base. Possibly some shelving on wall over current toilet. Floor space; 160x195cm. Need as soon as possible. Can't specify budget - but imagining $10k+ and can't put that on following "Budget" space - just 9999.
