Looking for a highly experienced and professional staff to assist with a birthday party in a private home. Shift is 7.30pm - 11.30pm. Tasks will include plating and roving with finger food, washing glassware, keeping event areas tidy, removing rubbish/recycling. Great customer service skills, a positive attitude, confidence, friendly personality and fluent English is a must. Needs an ABN (as there’s the opportunity for future with - wait jobs and bartending - for the right person. A current Food Handling certification and Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is advantageous. Professional hospitality attire is required - black collared shirt, black pants, black shoes (not sneakers). An apron will be provided.

JOB FOR TODAY. JOB LISTING DUE TO LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION. I’m looking for 1x wait/ bar staff for a wedding anniversary party located at our house in Auchenflower. The event is small stand up event with approx 30 adults. Looking for 1 person to undertake the following jobs: - work 4 hours from 4.30-8.30pm - the event starts at 5pm so the half an hour before will be to help setup some glasses and get some drinks ready. Fill up the water jugs etc. - offer people drinks throughout the night and full up glasses of wine - make 2 types of cocktails - all the simple ingredients will be provided. Aperol spritz (aperol, Prosecco and soda water mixed) and margaritas (tequila, with mix) with salt. Everything provided, just need to mix and serve - clean up as they go- wash glasses, remove rubbish, clean glasses before leaving - help hand out some of the prepared food, canapés - change the food platters over as we go All food will already have been prepared. They may be need to help with taking some food out of the oven. Looking to pay $35 pp per hour.

Good Evening 😁 I'm reaching out to local businesses in the Wyndham Area to kindly request support with our Post-Mothers Day Event on the 13th May. A little bit about what my mission is and what the purpose of this upcoming event is... I myself am a Mamma of 2 boys and 1 boy on the way. Sometimes with being a Mamma we get stuck in a cycle of isolation and forget to look after ourselves. This year I created a mums group called Wyndham Mamma's Unite, to encourage mums from all walks of life and any stage of motherhood, to come along and get into the community. With term 2, I have decided to host a Mother's Day event with the theme of self-care and self-love; The event actually runs 2 days after mothers day. I have reached out to many businesses seeking all types of donations, some being knocked back due to their donation capacity being reached. Businesses have donated either time, gift cards, discount codes, products or services for our upcoming event. It's coming up really close, and we are still in desperate need of amazing services that are willing to donate some time and their profession as part of the activities of the day. This could be facials, foot/hand massages/ or any other self care/ beauty services. I can't wait to hear back from businesses regardless of the outcomes. Also would be good for nail techs/ beauty therapists that are still practising and would like to do some manicures.

One or two wait staff for a birthday party at a residence from 5 pm until 9pm. There will be approx 40 guests. It is not a table service event. I would like the wait staff to manage guest request for where toilets are, tea and coffee requirements (I'll have an area of tea/coffee requirements set up) glasses etc and food platter top ups when required, food warming (which will already be prepared) and generally tidying up of cutlery, empty glasses into kitchen dishwasher and disposable plates into provided bins etc.
