Position: Casual Promotion Floor Staff Location: Local Shopping Centres (Pacific Epping) Duration: 1-week campaign Hours: 6-8 hours per shift Days: 3–4 days per week (flexible based on your availability) About the Role Our tech-innovative strata management company is launching a shopping centre promotional campaign at Pacific Epping, and we’re looking for friendly, confident people to engage with the public. You’ll be stationed at a promotional stand alongside our Strata Managers, inviting passers-by to participate in a QR code scan and lucky draw game for a chance to win discounts on Owners Corporation management fees. This is not a hard sales role—it’s about being approachable, starting light conversations, and encouraging shoppers to take part. Key Responsibilities • Greet and engage shoppers in a friendly, natural way • With training provided, introduce our company and guide customers to scan the QR code and enter the lucky draw to win money and prizes • Encourage participants to optionally leave their email to receive helpful information • Answer basic questions about our services and key selling points • Refer more complex or technical questions to on-site Strata Managers • Maintain a positive and professional presence at the stand What We’re Looking For • Confident communicator with a warm, approachable personality • Comfortable starting conversations with strangers • Reliable and punctual • Customer service, promotional, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus (but not essential) What We Offer • Casual hourly pay • Flexible shifts to suit your availability • Support from experienced on-site managers • Simple role with clear guidance and training provided If you enjoy talking to people and want flexible casual work in a fun, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
