My HP Spectre X360 15inch laptop has stopped working. The caps lock blinks 3 times slowly and 2 times fast which after research indicates a memory issue. This has happened in the past but usually can get the laptop to enter BIOS recovery with Windows+B on startup. Now the computer wont go into BIOS recovery mode and is completley fried. I need to fix/replace ram - hopefully with larger ram gb, I want to move all files into an external hd and completley re-build the software with Windows 11 Pro. Edit: Ram is not removable, it’s soldered onto the motherboard.
