Looking for an experienced handyman to install 3 retractable baby gates in our house. Following a leak from the boiler located in the airing cupboard, part of the kitchen ceiling was cut out to allow inspection of the affected area. The required remedial works are: * Remove and replace any remaining water-damaged plasterboard. * Install new plasterboard where required. * Tape and joint all new and repaired plasterboard joints. * Apply three coats of filler/compound as necessary to achieve a smooth finish. * Sand and prepare the ceiling ready for decoration. * Apply stain-blocking treatment to all watermarks and affected areas. * Apply three coats of ceiling paint to provide a uniform finish across the repaired area. * Leave the work area clean and tidy upon completion.
