Hello. We are using an old piece of equipment (photographic film scanner) that only runs on a combination of XP and WIN 7. The XP computer (top one in photo ) needs to receive the scanned files from the computer the scanner runs on (WIN7 - bottom one in photo ), so the 2 computers need to talk to eachother. But currently they aren’t “seeing” eachother. Can you visit and set them up so they are seeing eachother as a network connection ? We have network cables.

I've tried to fix my windows 11 and installed USB from official website. The USB drive has had important files and it seems deleted or overwritten. Free data recovery software didn't find the data from deep scanning. Windows 11 has still no mouse pointer. If anyone can help please..

Independent IT Expert Opinion – Printer / System Error Review Must be professionally registered with the Australian Computer Society (ACS) or Engineers Australia Chartered status preferred (e.g. CPEng, RPEQ, CP) I need an independent expert opinion regarding a document-handling and printing issue. I have client data that confirms: - Client operated in a shared and semi-shared office environments using: - Shared and later dedicated Wi-Fi - Wireless printing - Browser-generated documents - Print-to-PDF and scanning workflows - There was history of printer virus (we have records of those searches etc) Client experienced issue where a “1” appeared as a “4”. I can draft the letter, but essentially need an expert independent opinion on: - confirmation that this is technically possible, ie printer drivers, font substitution, PDF rendering, wireless printing, spooler errors, shared networks, or mixed-device environments could cause numeric character distortion without deliberate human alteration. - confirmation that shared or unstable Wi-Fi, wireless printing, shared printers, or browser-based document workflows increase the risk of document output variance. - the remedial actions undertaken (replacement of internet connectivity (now not shared), replaced 4 desktop computers, replaced one shared mobile phone, replaced printer and hard wired printer and one computer to modem reduce risk. Deliverable A written expert opinion (PDF or letter) including: Your qualifications and experience Clear, plain-English conclusions Confirmation the opinion is independent and given in good faith
