Looking for someone to securely fix a TV bracket to the wall and then mount a 32-inch TV onto it. I also need an IKEA VARMBLIXT wall lamp put up. I already have the TV bracket, a cordless drill driver, and fixings for the lamp. Please bring any other tools you may need, and let me know in advance if there is anything specific required for the job. Free secure parking is available. I currently have a large combined socket panel on the wall, the wall is plasterboard (including power sockets, TV aerial, and phone/broadband point) positioned high up. I would like this removed and all services relocated lower down the same wall. Scope of work: - Safely remove the existing socket panel - Relocate/extend existing wiring downward within the wall - Install new fittings lower down, including: - Two double plug sockets - One TV aerial socket - One phone/broadband socket For the original socket position: - All wiring to be safely terminated or removed as required - The opening to be fully filled (not just covered), including plaster or filler - The surface to be smoothed and level with the surrounding wall, ready for painting (no visible holes, gaps, or rough edges) Additional notes: - I will provide the socket faceplates (plug sockets, TV, and phone) - Please advise in advance if any additional materials are required Photo attached for reference.

* Unpack & assembly of 3 seater + 2 seater sofa (new) * Unpack & assembly of 12 dining chairs (new) * Unpack & assembly of large extendable wooden dining table * Moving furniture - kitchen cabinet, dining table, 6 chairs, 3 seat sofa, additional small sofa, coffee table, tv cabinet + 2 tv’s & some smaller items from ground floor to ground floor shed 20 - 25 metres distance & stack as instructed. * Unpack & assembly of kitchen tall hutch 180cm x 120 cm with drawers, secure to wall, according to instructions. * some internal moving of furniture, rugs, etc. * some moving / reshuffling of rugs, mattresses, bikes, tools, pots, in shed to organise. * clean & move bbq * removal of rubbish (household only, charity ‘give-away’ - in garbage bags to front of house. * empty & clean bike shed at front of house. Will need 2 persons. 7 -8 hours approx at £ 20 per person per hour = £ 280 - 320. Happy to pay up to £ 320 for job complete, not hourly. Timings once day agreed to start 9.30am. Hours are an approximate guess but ultimately timings are subject to your own work. We need careful following of instructions, gentle & careful consideration to moving, tidying, packing up furniture carefully. Note - some dust in shed moving tools, bikes etc. Some flexibility receiving instructions on the day required.
