I need a professional to install a 50 kg heavy boxing bag in a garage in Greenford, West London. The garage is constructed from breeze/concrete blocks, but I do not know whether they are lightweight, hollow or dense blocks. Because the bag will swing and create dynamic force, I need someone experienced with heavy-duty masonry fixings or gym-equipment installation. Please assess the wall and garage structure before installation and advise whether this can be done. Please confirm: • Your experience installing heavy punch bags or similar gym equipment • Whether you can inspect and identify the block type • Whether you are insured for this type of work • Your total price, including suitable fixings The boxing bag weighs 50 kg. I also already have the wall bracket which holds the boxing bag with the screws included that came with the bracket but these may not be adequate for the holding! I’m looking for a handyman experienced with DIY/roofing to finish the roof of an already mostly-built wooden gazebo in my garden. The gazebo is approximately 3m x 3m and around 2.5m high. The main frame and roof structure are already built, but the gazebo was left unfinished while we were away for around a year. Work required: * Re-secure/re-nail any roof panels/boards that have become loose or disconnected, making sure the roof is properly secured together. * Fit the roofing membrane/felt underlay over the roof. * Install the roof shingles over the membrane to finish the roof. * Make sure everything is properly secured and the roof is left complete and tidy. * There are also four small wooden connection/support pieces near the bottom of the gazebo pillars that need to be reattached/secured. These are small pieces and should simply need to be positioned correctly and nailed back into place. Materials: All required materials are already provided, including the roof pieces/panels, membrane, shingles, nails and other necessary fittings. You will need to bring your own tools and ladder(s) suitable for working at approximately 2.5m height. You are welcome to bring another person to help you if required, particularly because of the size and height of the gazebo. Payment: £225 total for completion of the job. Payment will be made 100% upon satisfactory completion of the agreed work. Ideally looking for someone who can complete this efficiently and leave the gazebo roof fully finished and secure.

I need an experienced technician or plumber to repair an integrated Neff dishwasher that has triggered its safety flood protection system. Symptoms: Flashing tap/faucet icon on the control panel. The system locked up due to an internal leak (AquaStop safety feature), and the control panel will not start a cycle or reset. What needs to be done: Slide out the built-in dishwasher from under the kitchen worktop. Drain the lower safety base tray and reset the mechanical float switch to clear the control panel lock. Locate and fix the internal leak (e.g., hose, seal, or sump gasket) so it doesn't happen again.
