We require a Telemarketing sales service to initially contact 20-40 prospects from our primary contact list of 100 businesses in Brisbane Northside Area The task is envisaged to occur accross 3 stages: 1) target the top 20 prospects first to refine the sales pitch, hopefully sign up several customers, and schedule installation dates with our engineer; 2) then you will move on to the next 20 priority prospects with autonomy to sign-up or close out the top 40 prospects. After this we will setup further stages to move on to the remaining prospects, north side and then we will look to expand the region to include more businesses. Support & Training Each prospect requires approximately 3 calls of 2-5 minutes each, targeting mid-morning hours before busy periods. Telemarketers will receive product training in person or via video, maintain records of call dates, contacts, and outcomes using a provided spreadsheet. The aim of the calls is to acheive a sale or arranging site visits or followup calls. Privacy/compliance requirements to be followed. After stage 1 initial calls, the scope and script may be amended based on results before continuing with the rest of the list. As described above there is potential for significant further work, but it is stage 1 and 2 ( 20 + 20 contacts) that we want a quote for please.
