Telemarketer Wanted – Residential Builder Outreach (Brisbane-Based Security Company) We’re a Brisbane-based electronic security company looking for a reliable, friendly telemarketer to help us connect with residential builders across QLD and Northern NSW. This is not hard selling — it’s about professional, genuine conversations and opening the door for follow-ups with our Director Ray. What You’ll Do: • Work through our ready-to-go spreadsheet of 1,500 builder contacts whom were previously emailed by us (first 330 already contacted by phone) - The initial job is to contact 500 and will involve using Google to locate phone numbers from the company details on the spreadsheet. • Call during builder-friendly hours: 3–5pm, Monday to Thursday (when they’re off-site and available) • Provide regular updates on: • Builders needing info resent via email (checking and confirming email) • Pricing requests • Builders who want to speak directly with Ray (to be arranged the same day, ideally between 3–5pm) • Log call outcomes/notes in the spreadsheet What We’re Looking For: • Australian accent (preferred) or Local knowledge (for building rapport) • Previous telemarketing or call centre experience • Confident, clear, and approachable phone manner • Quiet workspace and reliable phone/internet • Organised, with the ability to track and report conversations • No pushy tactics — just friendly, professional engagement If you’re warm, organised, and great on the phone, we’d love to hear from you.
