All I need is a heap of photos (in JPG format) of the improvements on the property. • ie side fences, garages, buildings, landscaping, cracked or damaged things like driveways, footpaths, gutters, fascia, etc - say around 60+. Two measurements of the building footprint will be requested. The task can be carried out immediately. It will help if you have an iPhone with iOS13.2 or later installed. We need professional representation to attend a rental viewing and take a video of the property for our clients. You will need to dress professionally, be punctual and have a modern smartphone and decent filming skills. Someone with a gimbal is preferred.
