Hi! I’m looking for an experienced trademark specialist to handle the full trademark registration process for my digital brand in Australia. This brand is used for online courses, digital products and educational content, will also be an affiliate course so it’s important that the trademark is filed correctly in the appropriate classes. I’m looking for someone who can manage the entire process end-to-end, including: • Conducting a trademark availability search • Advising on the correct trademark classes • Preparing and lodging the trademark application for: • The brand name • The logo (I will provide files) • Handling any communication with IP Australia if required • Confirming when the application has been successfully lodged I’m not looking for ongoing legal services — just someone who knows the trademark process well and can ensure everything is done properly. Unsure about cost so please ignore the $100 budget.

medical injury during hospitalization after a community treatment order being a misdiagnosis. looking for compensation. I was hospitalized after a allergic reaction and during a patient transfer where i had a slow declared 4 year medication increase and overdose causing sensitivity and a allergic reaction with Rhabdomyolysis diagnosis being rushed to ICU fighting for life. I then moved with a patient transfer and put back on the same medication causing allergic reactions for 2 years while complaining to the medical organization that was neglecting me. I then was put on a CTO for refusing to take medications that caused my hospitalizations before the patient transfer and the cto being a 12 month order that was revoked after 2 months. 10 months after a medication change over another cto was placed against me after claiming symptom free going to university, tafe and running a business during the same time. I would like a document written for presenting to a law firm that will represent me for economic, non economic, and damages and losses caused by this event including the injury while hospitalized under a CTO. I will be able to present more detailed records but would like this task to be under a abn medico legal profession.
