8m fibreglass swimming pool. The pool floor has a green tinge/staining in several areas. It does not brush or lift off, so I do not believe it is algae. I need the cause identified and the green staining removed safely without damaging the fibreglass/gel coat. Must be done between 10:30am (when guest checks out) and 2:00pm on Sunday 6 September, as new guests arrive at 3pm.

The pond requires a fitted new pump and filter. Probably a cleaning, and I also want the waterfall that was used before to be fixed. The previus box shown below is the old pump/filter and it broke last year and I have temporarily used an in pond water feature but it's rubbish and does not clean the water like before

Outdoor swimming pool approximately 20 ft × 10 ft × 4 ft deep. Has not been maintained for around 2 years. Water is very dark green, contains dirt/debris and smells. I do NOT need it made safe for swimming — I only need it cleaned/tidied enough to look presentable. Prefer treatment of existing water using shock/chlorine, filtration/flocculant and removal/vacuuming of debris rather than fully draining if possible. Please quote including labour and chemicals, and confirm you have previous swimming-pool cleaning experience.

Ongoing work at a holiday let with a hot tub. On changeover days we need the tub drained, cleaned, refilled, chemicals dosed and balanced, filters rotated, and the readings written in the log. One to three visits a week depending on bookings, usually one or two. Dates confirmed several days ahead. Needs doing between 10am and 12pm. If you already service holiday let tubs this is routine work for you - however it is not neccesary. This is pretty straight forward work that will take a maximum of one hour total (including filling the pool)
