Current shower: * HYDRO electric shower * 230–240V * 7.8kW * Existing unit already installed and functioning intermittently/needs replacement * Black glass style unit mounted on tiled wall Job requirements: * Remove existing HYDRO electric shower * Supply and install suitable replacement electric shower OR install customer-supplied unit * Check existing electrical cable size, breaker and RCD suitability before installation * Reuse existing plumbing and cable entry points where possible to avoid retiling * Ensure unit is fully tested and safely installed to UK regulations Important: Current unit is 7.8kW, so electrician/plumber must confirm whether existing wiring supports 8.5kW or higher replacement. Preferred replacement: * Triton ENVi 8.5kW (or similar modern electric shower). Looking for an experienced, licensed plumber to carry out a bathroom upgrade across a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom. Scope of Work 1. Plumbing: Connect the sink waste into the toilet cistern/waste system as per the combi unit's design. 2. Upstairs Bathroom (Two Tasks) Task A: Toilet Combi Unit Swap Remove: Existing standard toilet. Install: A new toilet and sink combination unit. Space Constraint: The available width here is 700mm. Task B: Shower-to-Bath Conversion Remove & Strip Out: Existing standing shower cubicle, including the enclosure, tray, and exposed fixtures. Install: A standard household bathtub in its place. Plumbing: Adapt the existing shower drain and water supply lines to fit the new bath taps and waste system. Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing. What I Will Provide: The two toilet/sink combination units. The bathtub, bath waste kit, and taps. What You Need to Provide: All necessary plumbing tools, silicone, copper/flexi piping, adapters, and pipe sealants. Disposal of the old toilets and shower cubicle parts Requirements: Must have proven plumbing experience (tradespersons preferred).
