I am looking for a professional to treat subfloor mould and install a mechanical ventilation system. This is a high-clearance subfloor (~0.9m average), so it is a crouching job, not a belly crawl. If you're unable to quote part 1, I can have this done prior to your works. Part 1: Mould Remediation Treat fungal growth (Penicillium/Aspergillus) on subfloor timbers. Method: Preference for Goldmorr system or equivalent professional standard (manual removal/cleaning + non-toxic treatment). Must use HEPA filtration/air scrubbing to protect the living space above. Part 2: Ventilation Installation Install 2x 200mm Silent Inline Fans (Negative pressure/Extraction setup). Run associated ducting (PVC or Flex) to create two "extraction spines" pulling from the centre of the house. Core/mount exhaust vents to the subfloor brickwork. Wire to a standard plug/timer (Power point is available, bonus if you can install another yourself I will pay for these). SUPPLY OPTIONS (Please specify in your offer): Option A: I supply the fans (Blauberg Iso-Mix 200 or similar) and you supply ducting, hangers, outlets connections. You provide Labor + Cleaning Chemicals and PPE. Option B: You Supply & Install everything. Note: I require high-quality "Silent" series fans (e.g., Blauberg/Fantech) with a 2 to 5-year warranty.
